By completing the form on this website, you consent to the processing of your personal information and authorise Pathé, as data controller, to collect and process your personal information in its database, namely: your surname, first name, home address, telephone number, education, professional experience, qualifications, awards, interview reports, professional referees, etc., and more broadly any information and personal data that you voluntarily provide as part of your application.
Pathé informs you that it may also enrich your profile with information about you, namely information collected (i) during its exchanges with you, whether in writing, by telephone or during in-person interviews, and (ii) from professional social networks or from any public information source, where such information is relevant to the management of your application.
This information is processed electronically for the purpose of managing your application. Your data may also be stored in a CV database, which may allow Pathé to offer you other job opportunities where appropriate.
To facilitate external and internal recruitment, Pathé uses the Cegid HR Talent Acquisition software, published by CEGID, which enables job offers to be published, applications to be collected and processed.
Pathé acts as the data controller of the personal data provided, while CEGID acts as the data processor.
Given its purpose – namely to process the personal data of applicants responding to job offers and to integrate candidate data into Pathé’s CV database – the processing of your personal data is necessary for the pursuit of Pathé’s legitimate interests, i.e. the management of its recruitment processes, as well as for the execution of pre-contractual measures that may exist between Pathé and candidates responding to its job offers.
These data are hosted in France and will be transmitted to those responsible for recruitment within Pathé in order to enable them to review your application.
Responses to fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and failure to provide them may compromise the processing of your application. In other cases, the information is optional and has no impact on the examination of your file. By accepting the conditions of this Charter, you authorise Pathé to share, where necessary, your personal data with other companies in the group, including those located outside the European Union, for the purposes of managing your application and enriching its CV database. Pathé declares that it has taken the necessary measures to regulate transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. Upon simple request to Pathé, you may obtain complete information on the data transferred, the precise recipients of the information, and the safeguards put in place to govern such transfers.
Personal data of external candidates will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with our recruitment service, with “last contact” understood to mean the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. For internal applications, data are retained for as long as the employee remains with the company.
We inform you that your data are computerised and processed confidentially, with security and confidentiality guarantees in place to protect the personal data submitted online.
As Pathé’s data processor, CEGID is authorised to access your personal information where necessary, notably in the context of its administration and maintenance tasks relating to the company’s careers site and the applicant tracking system. However, CEGID may not disclose this data to its own subcontractors without having first obtained Pathé’s approval. CEGID may be required to transmit your personal data to a judicial authority in response to a formal request.
You may exercise your right to object on legitimate grounds, as well as your rights of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data at any time by writing to: dporecrutement@pathe.com
